We provide a 24 hour, 365 days a year on call service for any client under arrest at a police station. Additionally, we represent clients in Magistrates Courts and Crown Courts all over the country. We see clients by appointment at our offices during normal office hours and sometimes out of normal office hours by appointment. We endeavour to be flexible, approachable and accommodating. We have a reputation of acting fearlessly in the defence and best interests of our clients. We are well respected by other agencies involved in the Criminal Justice System. Our ambition is to provide a high quality, dedicated service to all our clients.
For a great deal of the work we do Legal Aid is available. Almost all the representation we provide at the police station is publicly funded by way of Legal Aid. When it comes to Court proceedings, again Legal Aid is often available, albeit that in that case it will be subject to assessment both in respect of your means and the merits of the case. If Legal Aid may be available in respect of Court proceedings we will assist in making the necessary application. If legal Aid is not available we offer our services at competitive rates.
